By using the Chabuq platform, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. This document outlines the rules and guidelines for using our mobility and delivery services in Afghanistan. It covers essential topics such as user responsibilities, driver conduct, payment methods (including cash and the Chabuq Wallet), safety protocols, and cancellation policies. Our terms are designed to ensure a fair, respectful, and secure environment for both passengers and independent drivers. We encourage all users to read these terms carefully before booking a ride with Chabuq Safar or sending a parcel with Chabuq Bastha to fully understand their rights and obligations within the Chabuq ecosystem.
Welcome to Chabuq. By downloading, accessing, or using the Chabuq application and its related services (including Chabuq Safar, Chabuq Moto, and Chabuq Bastha), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Chabuq Service Chabuq is a technology platform that connects registered users (passengers and senders) with independent third-party transport and delivery providers (drivers/couriers). Chabuq itself does not provide transportation or logistics services and does not function as a transport carrier. All transportation services are provided by independent contractors.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Eligibility: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including your phone number and identity details.
Conduct and Cultural Respect: Users and drivers must treat each other with respect. Any behavior that violates the cultural values, safety, or laws of Afghanistan will result in immediate account suspension.
Prohibited Items: When using Chabuq Bastha (delivery), you are strictly prohibited from sending illegal, hazardous, or dangerous goods.
3. Payments and Pricing
Fares: The estimated fare for your ride or delivery is displayed in the app before you confirm the booking. Fares may vary based on traffic, weather, or dynamic pricing during peak hours.
Payment Methods: Payments are primarily made in cash (Afs) directly to the driver at the end of the trip, unless you are utilizing the in-app Chabuq Wallet.
Additional Charges: Passengers are responsible for any extra costs incurred during the trip, such as toll gates or paid parking, unless explicitly agreed upon with the driver beforehand.
4. Cancellations You may cancel a request at any time before the driver arrives. However, repeated cancellations after a driver has been dispatched, or canceling when the driver has already reached the pickup location, may result in a cancellation fee applied to your Chabuq Wallet or account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability While Chabuq enforces strict verification for its drivers, we cannot guarantee the complete safety, reliability, or punctuality of the independent service providers. Chabuq shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including physical injury, lost parcels, or delays, arising from the use of our platform.
6. Modifications to the Terms Chabuq reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
